Beginning May 30, all new Term Conversion applications will include Case Communication and Upload features on the Agent Portal and Mobile App that are currently available on new business cases. You will have the ability to:
- See status of the conversion and any outstanding requirements
- Receive emails with links to see all case communication
- Send messages to the case manager
- Upload documents, as needed
