During TeacherTalk: Strengthening Educator Well-Being, we heard from Andie Hernandez, MSW, M.Ed., and Molly Jordan, MSW, LICSW of Boston Children’s Hospital. Together, they led a thoughtful and practical conversation on the critical connection between teacher wellness and student well-being.
The discussion reinforced an important message: when teachers prioritize their own well-being, it creates stronger, healthier learning environments for everyone.
