Same guaranteed lifetime income. New acronym.
We’re updating the name of our Guaranteed Lifetime Income Rider (GLIR) to Guaranteed Lifetime Withdrawal Benefit (GLWB).
GLWB is the acronym commonly used in the industry, so this will reduce confusion and make it easier to find our products on platforms such as Firelight.
You’ll begin to see this update reflected across marketing materials and sales resources. During the transition, both acronyms may appear as we complete the rollout.
Rider features and benefits will remain the same — only the name is changing.
