Effective Immediately

You can once again use eSign Face to Face when meeting with clients via video conferencing.

Last month, we announced that video meetings would no longer be considered face to face. That change has now been reversed.

How to use eSign Face to Face with video conferencing

1. Select Application completed via video conferencing” as the reason the application is not completed in person

2. Choose eSign Face to Face as the signature method

3. Transfer control

When using eSign Face to Face, transfer control to the client so they can complete the signing process. This helps prevent issues later.

It’s also a best practice to do a screen recording when the client uses eSign Face to Face to sign the application, and to save the recording in your files.

Other signature options

You can also:

  • Use email or text for eSignature
  • Print for a wet signature
