Beginning August 24, life insurance paper policies will arrive as one fully bound booklet containing all policy documents. Annuity policies will transition on August 31.
The policy delivery experience is one of the most important moments in building trust with your clients, and we are excited to introduce a more polished, professional package for clients.
What’s new for paper policy packages:
- Fully bound booklet for physical policies with section dividers for easier navigation.
- Forms that need to be returned to National Life Group are perforated and can be easily removed and uploaded through the Agent Portal.
- A copy of the Policy Promise is now included in the bound policy package.
During the transition, some policy packages may still arrive in the previous design, including policies that move from eDelivery to physical delivery.

As a reminder for eDelivered policies:
- eDelivery remains the primary and fastest delivery method.
- NEW: A copy of the Policy Promise is now included in the electronic policy package.
- NEW: Section dividers for easier navigation including clearly identified required Forms on Delivery Checklist.
- For eDelivered policies only, the Policy Promise can also be ordered in Spanish or Mandarin through the Agent Portal on the New Business Policy Detail page.
