If you are meeting clients through video conferencing, please note that soon this will no longer be considered a face-to-face meeting.
Effective March 21, you will need to indicate on the application form that the application will not be completed in person.
When you are not meeting in person, you will not be able to choose eSign Face to Face as a signature method. You can use email or text for electronic signature, or print the application for wet signature.
