Rates are decreasing for single premium and flexible premium FIAs.
This weekend, rates are changing for Zenith and Driver single premium fixed indexed annuities (FIAs) and for Flex Secure Growth and Flex Select Income flexible premium FIAs.
The following rates have decreased:
- Participation rates
- Cap rates
- Performance Trigger rates
- Fixed account rates
To lock in current rates:
- For flexible premium FIAs, the policy needs to be issued by Friday, February 27 (Saturday, February 28 at the latest).
- For single premium FIAs, Rate Lock applies: Applications have to be submitted by Friday, February 27 (Saturday, February 28 at the latest), and funded or issued within 60 days.
