Beyond the Death Benefit: Expanding the Life Insurance Conversation

For many clients, life insurance starts and stops with one idea: providing a death benefit to the people they leave behind. That protection is important, but it may only be part of the conversation. Because life insurance is about protecting life, not just preparing for loss.

Life Insurance Awareness Month is a natural opportunity to help clients understand that life insurance can be part of a broader protection conversation, one that considers not only what happens after death, but also what could happen along the way.

Start by asking your clients this:

“What would happen financially if you were still here, but unable to live or work the way you do today?”

Living Benefits

When the unexpected happens, life insurance with Living Benefits, provided by Accelerated Benefits Riders (ABRs), may provide financial support during your lifetime if you experience a qualifying serious illness or injury.

While other insurers may offer some Living Benefits, none match the depth of what we offer across all life insurance products: term life, universal life, and indexed universal life insurance.

Our extensive features and benefits make us the preferred choice for Living Benefits.1
