Beginning August 8, National Life Group is introducing enhancements to eApp that provide more flexibility for completing labs and a simpler HIPAA signing experience.
More flexibility for labs
- In all states, Agents will have the option in e-app to select APPS or ExamOne as the preferred vendor
- Eligible customers may have the option to complete required labs at an ExamOne Patient Service Center (PSC) when a location is available in their area. If a full paramedical exam is required the Patient Service Center will not be an option.
- In e-app you will see a question asking which vendor you prefer to use in the event exam and labs are needed. If your customer would like to use an ExamOne Patient Service Center, select ExamOne.
