Change Indexing Strategy
Clients can easily adjust their indexing strategy to align with their financial goals. Whether they’re shifting toward a more conservative or aggressive approach, the portal makes it simple to initiate changes.

Need access to funds? Clients can submit withdrawal requests directly through the portal, streamlining the process and reducing turnaround time.

Update Beneficiaries
Life changes happen, and keeping beneficiary information up to date is crucial. The portal allows clients to make these updates quickly and securely. To help your clients get started, walk them through the portal using the screenshots below. A quick demo can go a long way in building trust and encouraging self-service.
3. Click Modify to Add or Edit Beneficiaries
4. Complete Beneficiary details and then click Next. Including Beneficiary email address is strongly recommended to enable faster communication.
5. Update Allocations, if necessary. Then click Next.
6. Review changes, read the Disclosure, and click the Disclosure box. Then click Submit.
7. Customers may designate up to 8 Primary and 8 Contingent beneficiaries through the Customer Portal. More than 8 Primary or 8 Contingent Beneficiaries must be requested using the Beneficiary Agreement Form.
